The standing seam version uses 16-inch-wide aluminum panels with a concealed clip system that locks into the Boxabl structural frame at 24 inches on center.

To identify which roof you have, check the interior ceiling panel for a small stamped label near the electrical chase, or measure the exterior panel width from the ridge to the eave. Early Casitas use a continuous membrane field; later units show distinct panel ribs every 16 inches. We source OEM-grade TPO from GAF and aftermarket standing seam panels from Englert that match the Boxabl clip geometry exactly. DIY or Call Us?
